Customer service was top notch! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! The only thing I can say maybe and that’s a big maybe is shower/tub needed updated with better water pressure. Will definitely stay again. Restaurant is fabulous as well!

Nice room and hotel but terrible internet. Weak signal and at one point it wouldn't even connect. Could not get work done. Kind of unacceptable for a downtown hotel. On a positive note, good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Valentines Day. They charged me an extra $152 because we left 3 small balloons and a few paper rose pedals on the floor. I was told its in the paperwork that they never gave or let me see. Very disappointed and wouldnt advise anykne to go there to celebrate or anything special

The instructions for check-in and parking were nonexistent. There was a parking garage two minutes from the hotel that was free parking. During our stay, we paid $50 for a valet kind of frustrated about that, there was no instructions in the hotel anywhere in the room or upon check-in instructions about where to find the pool. And when I left behind a bag of clothes and called the front desk, they report that it was never turned in.
