What a gem!

The hotel's location is central to so many venues. The room is spacious. The Arcade is stunning. The employees are kind and attentive. This is our 4th of 5th time staying here!

Bathroom had issues .. mold around toilet and in shower. Door handle on shower very loose and floor would be covered with water after shower.. probably why there was mold around toilet. White towels had stains on them.. the rest of the room was great and so was the staff!

Great staff support, but poor WiFi

The building is gorgeous and the location is great. I got sick and threw up in the bathroom, but housekeeping came fast and took care of it really well — I really appreciated that. But the WiFi was TERRIBLE. It was only around 10 Mbps and pretty much useless. I couldn’t do anything online.

I loved the unique arcade setting and the room was nice, however the air conditioning did not work well right away and the room was not cleaned and we had to say something. The manager gave us $75 credit for the restaurant, but the food was atrocious at the restaurant.

Completely satisfied and then some

This was our first time staying here. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant staff. The room was clean as was the lobby, restaurant and lounge and hallways. A unique experience that our family will enjoy again.

The hotel is beautiful! It is such a unique hotel. You get these near vacant views of the interior and its just breathtaking. Our issues were in the room. We got in after a long day and used the bathroom only to find no toilet paper anywhere. Had to have my spouse go find a maid cart while I sat on the toilet waiting. There was no one around so he just grabbed some off the maid cart. Then there was only one bath towel, with a long black hair on it. No hand towels or even a floor mat anywhere, which prompted another trip to the maid cart. This time I found a gentleman who indicated he spoke very little English but thankfully I can speak some Spanish so I was able to communicate we needed towels and he gave them to me. Other than the lack of housekeeping the hotel was great.

Highly recommend this hotel if going to downtown Cleveland. The restaurant breakfast was just okay however the manager was very friendly. Did have a couple of drinks in the bar and the bartenders we're not very friendly at all. Check in and out with seamless and the valet staff was great. The pizza place on the corner has awesome pizza. Our room was clean and comfortable.

I loved that the hotel was in a mall of sorts. The inside of the hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was completely helpful and very friendly. The sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable though.

Would stay here again

Comfortable with nice amenities. Enjoyed the restaurants on site. Experience was very good overall. Only downsides were: temperature fluctuations (set thermostat to a comfortable temp, but room went from hot to cold all night) and rooms had motion sensor nightlights that turned on throughout the night.
