Maintenance of the facility needs improvement. During our first night, there was a strong smell of weed coming from the vents. We picked up the hotel room phone to call the front desk only to discover the phone wasn’t working. Went to use the other phone on the desk, that one didn’t work either. It’s a decent hotel I guess, but not what I’m used to when the name Marriott is on the building.

The hotel is conveniently located. A friendly welcome is always needed. I was disappointed with the welcome. There was NO hot water. Not the friendliest staff.

Over priced

Room was clean and tidy. For the price and rate at least a breakfast or continental optima, or even a free cup of coffee could be offered instead of a Starbucks price option.

There was no hot water for a shower. The front desk said the boiler was down. When I checked out they offered no compensation. Also there are no microwaves in the rooms unless you get a suite. The cafe in the lobby has very slow service
