Shared bathroom had broken toilet seat, blocked shower drain and mouldy wall. Bedroom tv missing, overheated even with rad off. Paper thin walls. Noisy pipes. Sleepless night. Staff were polite.

This stay was not the greatest, we phoned beforehand to see if there was additional charges on arrival, we were told there was no additional charges on the phone and we arrived and got told we had to pay a £50 deposit. The bed sheets had stains on them, cobwebs in the room. Bathroom had hairs all over it and looked like it had been used just before we had checked in The first night in our stay we heard a woman screaming in the night and the beds were uncomfortable so it was hard to get a decent nights sleep. Overall very unsatisfied with my stay and will not be back, would also not recommend anyone else to stay at this accommodation!

Had a dirty mattress leaned up against the wall in the room I was staying in, radiator hanging off the wall, cupboard door not on the cupboard, cracked sink in room, the list goes on, £81 to stay in that dump for one night, never again

Shockingly bad
Stay was totally shocking. Hotel was, damp, cold, mould growing up walls, carpets were dirty, falling apart, soiled kettles, drug dealers, prostitution, pimps hanging around outside. We didn’t stay for breakfast for our own safety and health. We checked out mega early as we felt uncomfortable there. Would never recommend to anyone. Stay well away.

I believe in you get what you pay for. For the price we paid, we were very happy with the room. 24/7 reception service was also excellent. A bit further out from main Quayside- a 25 minute walk.
