Walls very thin can hear conversation through wall, all doors open and close noisily and with a heavy thud, room dusty and bed made terribly had to redo it to sleep in, staff on check in lovely, nice little breakfast bag but otherwise awful
It needs an elevator or two for the two floors property. Dragging luggage up to the "First Floor" was no fun. It is quiet. It provides free parling but be mindful and careful of the license plate number you are asked to put into their system. I think I might have mistakenly inputted a wrong number - AP70FUM is the correct number, but I entered AP3FUM. I just got an email from Enterprise Car rental becuase a parking violation was issue. They are charging a fine. I disputed the charges with Enterprise and I will try to contact Rooms Inn to get this resolve, hopefully. We had a block of 7 rooms 10/2/2024.
Good parking and easy check-in. Our sat-nav took us to the street behind the property but we went to the next street and found it ok.
The chairs in the room could have been cleaner but the rest of the room was clean.
Breakfast is a simple yoghurt, croissant, apple, cereal bar and fruit juice which you collect from reception in the morning.
Looking at some of the reviews for this hotel I was in two minds, but in the end was glad that I booked. I was arriving in Newcastle on a late train so the 24 hour reception was a must, but it was appreciated that they called to check I was still coming around 10pm. The room was absolutely fine & the take-away breakfast a nice bonus.

As hadn't stayed at hotel before, took some time to work out how the lights worked etc.
Bathroom basic.
No where to put stuff ie table unless sat behind door to bathroom
Shower overflowed slightly so always stood in pool of water when shower running.
Hot water way too hot.
No real complaints I felt it was very good value for money however the mattress was absolutely awful and very uncomfortable. Otherwise very clean,,lovely staff
Great room at a great value. Bagged breakfast was a wonderful addition. We were much later arriving then we planned and they waited up for us. Loved our stay.
After been contacted by the hotel I booked to say at they said there had been an over booking and I was been moved to another hotel ( easy hotel ) I thought it would have been a like for like booking.

The room was very basic and I wouldn’t stay there again.
Not impressed
we chose to stay at this hotel because the reviews on Expedia were decent. However, the room was absolutely not decent. There was lots of mold in the bathroom all around all of the corners of the room. Nothing was in great condition. The room smelled like chemicals. The front desk attendant was rude and not helpful. Dont stay there!! and I’m not happy with Expedia misleading reviews.

Ok for the price, reception closed early so could not get my meds put in a fridge. Shower could do with a bit more cleaning.
