We didn’t get the property we booked, our booking was shifted into another hotel, which was dirty noisy and had very shady vibes. Breakfast for 2 was included we only get for 1 person. Very disappointing.

It was a lovely place to stay in for a few days, staff are lovely and close to the football stadium which is great, also it was nice and clean would defo stay here again

Unfortunately it was the coldest night this year and my bedroom heating wasn't working so the lovely woman from reception said i could change room of give me hear heater so i took her heater also there was a very noisy guest who wouldn't shut up but i did get a sleep in the end

Meh.
This is a budget hotel with budget rooms, so if you manage your expectations, it’s fine. However, avoid room 101 at all costs. It’s a ground floor single that gets all the noise from the car park and the front desk. And there’s a fair bit of noise, believe me. Use the white noise on your phone and a pair of ear plugs and you’re golden. There’s a bag breakfast on offer, and it’s an easy walk to the train station, though there’s also a bus to central Newcastle just outside the property.

Happy, friendly staff, nothing any trouble for them. Just could do with some coat hooks in the room and some more wardrobe hangers. Everywhere clean and smelling fresh Quiet, peaceful night sleep

Excellent for the price. Easy walking distance to the arena and train station. Staff were very friendly and polite. The only downsides were the lighting at the mirror was poor, I had to do my make up in the bathroom. And no plug sockets near the bed for phone charging. I'd definitely stay again.
