What was unique about the property is how they can blacklist you from another property The hampton Inn & suites and don't even know if it was a mistake. Don't know if there was something wrong like a misprint or a typo and they just didn't care.

It was clean and staff was friendly at check in and check out. Breakfast was great. The only complaint we had was we were all the way down at the very end so we were the furthest away from pool or hotel lobby. Would definately stay again just ask for a room closer to lobby!!

I love this hotel. It’s close to shops and restaurants also I fell in love w the kitchen and front desk decor layout. It’s stylish and also serene feel. I love the hotel room very roomy traveling w a group and the interior was marvelous w fashionable beach vibes. There were 2 sinks that made it great for people to get ready quicker one outside the bathroom I think it’s genius idea, and the closet and microwave also tv section was spacious for us to put our stuff away to get ready to w explore the town. The beds and pillows were very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was a home feel like food experience, and ambience and staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. I really enjoyed my stay I will recommend family, friends, and coworkers to check this place out.

The property was nice, well maintained. When we arrived to check in there was no one at the desk and there was a sign saying be back in 5 minutes. There were two other parties waiting to check in also. The phone was ringing and there was no one around from the hotel. I walked down the hall and found the restroom and when I got back to the lobby we were still waiting. A man finally came back to the front desk and took down the sign and started checking people in. I did not hear an apology or sorry for the wait. Not very welcoming!
