Room was clean Breakfast had ants on counter when mentioned to Amy who was working in the kitchen her response was that she was taking care of the food . There was no kind of meat just potatoes and eggs and also mentioned that to her she said not until Friday.

We stayed in the midst of bringing a puppy to a new family. The receptionist was nice and accommodating when I wanted to upgrade our reservation to a Jacuzzi suite. We paid the extra up charge($25) for having a 2lb puppy. My daughter spilled some food on the bed and the puppy had an accident on the bed. Quality in charged us and additional $100 charge and $50 charge without even notifying us first. When I called, they said they charge people without notifying them first so the card cannot be blocked before the charges and that the $150 was for extra cleaning of the bedding. The entire haul smelled like cat pee. The bed was hard and lights did not work. We heard traffic all night. We did not utilize the pool but it looked nice, however the chlorine smell was strong.

We booked booked a jacuzzi room when we got there there was water damage around the jacuzzi we asked to be moved to another room said it did not need to have a Jacuzzi they put us in a second suite we went out for dinner came back went out for a cigarette and when we came back in there was a bunch of ants around the toilet. Everything around us was booked full for the night so we stayed there checked out in the morning and found another hotel to finish our stay. That being said the customer service was exceptional everyone was very polite and understanding
