The hotel was conveniently located to the areas we chose to visit-beach, restaurants and the Newport , RI area in general. It was located off the highway which limited noise from road.

The corridor of the room was dirty, Parking was very limited, need to search around for parking as it was full, bathroom was very small, there was no drinking water or kettle in the room.

Not recommended. The room and bed sheets had a strong odor, and the hallway was dirty. I paid $450 for one night, likely due to booking on the same day. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

This was an okay stay. It was very odd to have an elementary school style toilet and a shower with a step up. Needs to be updated. Sink inside the room instead of bathroom was strange as well. The bed was fine and comfortable. Just need some bathroom updates.

The breakfast was cold. We were charged an additional five dollars a day for a hotel fee. I booked through a third-party and I showed the manager what I was supposed to pay and she said oh well too bad that’s what it is. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

There is a two foot step out of the tub. At the VERY LEAST there should have been a safety handle. Neither my wife nor I felt safe getting out of the tub.
