Privately situated 4.5 acres on a private hillside in the Sunday River Valley with PANORAMIC VIEWS of all the trails in Sunday River Ski Resort. This 4+bedroom/3 bathroom chalet sleeps 14. The bright and sunny main level has an open floor plan with a beautiful stone fireplace in the living area. The daylight basement has a second living area with a hearth and a wood stove. Enjoy the oversized wrap around deck complete with grill and 7-seat hot tub! Upon entry on to the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms (Each with queen beds), a bathroom equipped with laundry, and the kitchen and main living area. In the loft there there is a queen bed and three twin beds as well as another bathroom. On the lower level is a large family room, two bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with a double/twin bunk combo, and the third bathroom. The whole house is available for guest to enjoy. The utility room and pantry are the only rooms that will be unavailable. Extremely private, not a neighbor in sight! There is parking for at least four cars at the top of the driveway as well as additional parking in front of the garage at the bottom of the driveway. Driveway has a steep incline and all-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months. Dogs allowed at additional expense and approval by owner. Need to provide proof of rabies vaccination and heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
