Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, apps, and snacks. Dining area boasts expansive views with custom dining table. Cozy living area with gas fireplace and access to the deck with seating and views. Spend the day on the links at the award winning Sunday River Golf Course or on the slopes with the most terrain in the East, at Sunday River Ski Resort. Each just 2 miles from this property! At the end of the day, enjoy a cocktail on the deck with mountain views, a soak in the professionally maintained hot tub, or a toasty fire at the push of a button. Both bedrooms on the main floor offer king beds and upgraded linens. Master suite on the upper level with a king bed and HDTV offers privacy and plenty of space. Each of the two bunk rooms on the lower level has 2 sets of twin bunks with a shared full bath. The lower level also provides a wet bar, leather furniture and large flat screen TV. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without.
