When I booked an apartment at this place for a few nights, I was captivated by the luxurious images online. I was devastated when arriving and knowing that the images posted online were for advertising and marketing purposes. In addition, the services were performed very poorly. I had to carry my luggage from the luxury hotel lobby to the other side of the hotel only to find out that I would be staying in a crappy apartment. The most irritating experience was the extremely unprofessional functions of the elevators. There are only three elevators in which the waiting area is very crowded. When entering the elevator, is is very stuffy and airless. Knowing that, this is a residential apartment owned by someone and sublease to the Handy Holiday NhaTrang. Also, inside the apartment I booked, my children were unpleased with many pests roaming around the beds and on the walls. The washing machine was also very defective; there was no dryer so I had to hang my clothes all over my bedroom. Room service was also uncalled by me but when I was away they entered the room without permission. They also managed to keep a picture of my passport information, which I strongly disagreed with. I ended up having to deposit 1,000,000 VND for refusing to leave my passport with them. This said, there is no privacy whatsoever. Overall, I feel like I got ripped off by this place. I hope to never come back and experience a much nicer stay at another residential apartment in Nha Trang.
