Nothing unique at all. Room was stuffy and stunk. Pillows were horrible. Washroom was very small. Door where toilet was almost touched the toilet when open. For what I paid for a night this room was not worth that price by any means!!!!

Hotel is in great shape, nice & clean. Breakfast was exactly the same all 4 mornings we were there! It was just ok. Main complaint was our room was way at the back of the hotel, the door we had to use was in the middle but there was limited parking near that door! There was another door at the very end of this long hotel but it wasn’t accessible to get in from the outside! This needs to be a key card access door as there’s lots of parking towards the back.

We had a quiet night, we noticed the room was not that clean, bed has stain on it and windows are dirty full of dust and the bath room tub drainage has rust on it. The rest are okay.

Property was located close to attractions and entry into Canada. Did not like that this hotel refused to credit back-room charges for a date earlier in the same week. Stay was cancelled due to Delta Airlines flight delays. Hotel was offered the reason for the cancelling of stay, and given the option to use the 3 days stay booked on another trip, and not have to credit back the initial 3 day stay. They also refused that option. Be advised--this hotel does not give refunds if your stay is cancelled. They keep your money. A poor business practice that results in a poor review. Hopefully future customers will read this comment and reconsider staying at this hotel.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRONT DESK MANAGER TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT TIME. HE ACTUALLY WANTED TO DO HIS JOB! GREAT MANNERS. NOTHING I DIDN''T LIKE TO NOTE. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. THE NIAGARA FALLS BLVD HAD PLENTY OF EATING PLACES. GOD BLESS

The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. The hotel was like a diamond in the rough. Lots of builsing around were shabby but the outside of BW was clean and well-kept. BW has been added to our list of acceptable hotels while traveling.

Staffs of hotel reception and dining room are very professional and very courteous. Their service is outstanding. Regarding my room 133, I had a flooded floor in my bathroom due to water leak between the wall and the bath tub. Management has been notified. Beside that, I had an excellent stay.
