The room is decently clean. First room very smelly with strong perfume. The person was nice to switch our room and waived the parking fee. The shower door cannot be closed completely. The sound proof is not great as we can hear every single movement.

I really like this hotel. The building is quite nice and the location is close to the falls. It is quite possible to walk to all attractions. However the service particularly in the dining area was lacking. My mother was served raw chicken for dinner and ended up getting food elsewhere because they were unable to fix the meal in a timely manner. In the morning for the breakfast buffet the server needed to reminded that we were there.

It’s new building really nice. The restaurant food was uninspired, lack luster. No way to toast any of the bread products at the breakfast buffet. Who eats non toasted english muffins, or bagels? The big plus though was the bourbon collection at the bar. Blanton’s, Weller, Eagle Rare, Russel’s 10 year old, JW Harper 15 year old, Buffalo Trace and more. Nice job with that.
