The hotel is in a prime spot to access Niagra Falls National park on the American side. You're literally a 5min walk to the Maid of the Mist boat tour and the observation tower from the hotel. We were in room 517 (king room). From there we can see the rapids that eventually leads to American Falls and off in the distance you see the mist rising from Horseshoe Falls. The huge downside of American side of the falls, there's absolutely nothing to do or a decent place to eat. So now a decently priced hotel, in a great location cannot overcome the lack of attractions and dining. We had to drive 15mins into a suburb to find better dining options and few attractions. AKA stripmalls... If anyone knows why the area surrounding the park cannot be improved upon, please let me know. Otherwise stay where we did, get a passport and head over to Canada for a lot more fun than what's available on the American side..

Location is great which is a few steps to the Niagara Falls State Park. This hotel has no concierge service. They store guests' luggages without watching. So you take your own risk for storing luggages after/before check out/in.

Firstly the location of this hotel is fabulous. Vanessa who checked us in was also lovely - very friendly and welcoming. The room was big enough and practical but not plush - we didn’t expect that for the cost and actually found this good value for money. Negatives - the room is not cleaned which we have found common on our road trip so not just specific to here. The biggest negative was breakfast. It was appalling. The selection was terrible, the layout poor and when we asked for a knife the staff member told us they had run out!!! They had run out of plastic knives and made no attempt to remedy it.

There was some trouble with check-in, as the system went down and the process was slow even when it came back up. Overall, the hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the staff did as well as they could with what they had. The breakfast was fine but could have featured some non-children's cereal choices (just Apple-Jacks and Froot Loops). There are few dining options in the neighbourhood beyond food trucks. On the other hand, it's in a convenient location for the Falls, the Convention Center, and a few touristy activities for those who want them.

Niagara Falls US Trip
We enjoyed our stay right outside of Niagara Falls on the US side. The hotel was literally steps from the park, so it was very convenient. We felt that the beds/sheets/pillows were more comfortable at this hotel than they were at the hotel that we stayed at on the Canadian side of the falls.
