Rooms were very clean and decorated with nice white linens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was very tired and needs a refresh badly. Tables damaged and chairs were badly stained and torn.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was able to check in before 3:00 PM. The rooms were a little dated. In my room, the bathtub faucet kept dripping and the tub was barely draining. Cable box was disconnected so I had to figure that out when I tried to watch TV. Other than that, it was good. They offered complimentary breakfast which was very much appreciated.

The woman at the front desk had horrific customer service skills and attitude from the moment we entered the door. They refused to fix the issue and blamed us rather than trying to make the situation right. The .manager that showed up was worse than the desk clerk and refused to listen.

The hotel represents good value. The environment is uninspired but location handy for many. Rooms are nice. Two problems were that 1) you had to have a degree in audiovisual technology to run the in-room TV (and they are aware, supplying a full page of troubleshooting notes) and 2) the breakfast are chairs are in dire need of renewal in an otherwise nicely organized set up for a very good breakfast offering, included in the price. Welcoming staff much appreciated.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling. This is the only hotel in Fort Erie and it's maintained that way from the looks of it.
