It was ok, I didn't like the smell of mold in the stairway or the bottom floor. The carpet in the stairway should be removed.

Only a short walk from the Falls Incline Railway, clean rooms, very comfy beds and Susan at Front Desk was awesome. However, building is in need of renovation as the place smells damp and stale. Found a live gigantic centipede thingy in the bathroom but in all fairness, it must have climbed out from the drain. Brought it live to the front desk and manager was supposed to get back to us but never did. Just make sure you'll plug all drains if you stay there.

I don’t get all the bad reviews. It was super comfortable and clean. I don’t go to Niagara Falls to stay in my room anyway. For the price I paid, it was great 👍👍👍
