Reasonable price for location. Continental breakfast 7-9 am. Easy to locate. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was the floors were vinyl ...not visibly dirty but had very dirty socks. Wish i had brought slippers.

Large incidental hold and parking is more expensive than nearby places. Place is nice though, beds looked clean. Heater didn't seem to work well, but it wasn't cold. Staff is nice. Location is good with an 8 minute walk to many attractions.

skip this place , A SMOKERS DREAM
we booked this for the night to come to Niagara Falls . The property was unkept, cigarette butts all over and garbage in the parking lot and stair wells. Our room smelled like old dust and smoking. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was poop under the seat. The room needed a serious deep cleaning! The shower stall is one you might find in a camping bathroom, wall tiles were dirty. needless to say we did not use the large tub, who knows how clean those jets were.YUK.. no ice machine for guest use, plus $20 to park your car at the hotel. a huge disappointment Will not be returning here
