The air conditioning did not work. We asked for the unit to be fixed and it was for a few hours and then quit again blowing warm air into the room. The result was a poor night's sleep.

It was a nice stay for visiting Niagara Falls. The location was close enough to the State Park, but quite. I would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. One thing that was mssing, was there were no blackout curtains in the window and there was a light outside which was a little distracting. I would suggest it as an easy improvement.

Hotel was of course clean and neat. Room was just lovely. We got two queen beds and a couch. Very spacious! It had a small fridge and a keurig in the room. I could have given the hotel 5 stars but quite frankly the food offered was awful to the point that we didn’t even eat it. We went up to Niagara down town (which is a bit sketchy). But this mom-n-pop restaurant called the Marketside was absolutely worth it. I felt safe parking my car. This little place felt like home. The most friendly and the food outstanding. Tasted like the best diner food ever (if you’re been through Jersey!) So nix the hotel food all together and just go exploring the gems of Niagara!!
This Mexican restaurant was so delicious that it needed to be tagged in this hotel review! It’s called La Galera. It’s about an 8min drive from this hotel.

Much more than your usual holiday inn. This property has a rooftop bar and grill with excellent food and service. Just note that there is nothing around it! But only a 12 minute drive to the falls

Great hot breakfast. Full range of choices plus some extras--egg white veggie omelet, cheddar cheese omelet and best of all, iced cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven. Very spacious room including a couch, and easy chair, as well as table and desk chair. Would appreciate a bar in the shower to feel more secure. Nothing to grab onto if slipping.
