It was close enough to Niagara Falls and to other shopping areas and restraurants in the area but not too close. There could of been abit more parking options. We returned later Friday evening and had to park way in the back on the other side of the building.

The check in staff didn't have a smile upon check in and when coming in and out of hotel building with family during our 3 days there even though I smiled at them as good morning. Upon check out another different staff member was there who hadn't seen him before, did have a smile and made us felt welcome. Upon check in they didn't go over with us pool hours, restaurant upstairs, or local amenities. I wish online it would say this hotel is over the toll bridge so every time we go to Niagara Falls we have to pay toll and we did go over the bridge many times. I should've investigated, but still should at least give a heads up for visitors out of state that toll bridge is nearby. I wish there were fast foods nearby for kids, but there wasn't. I admit though it was a nice secluded hotel away from the city and busy life. The trees and grass made it feel like a calm atmosphere. The hotel was clean and pool was clean too. Food was good too, we don't eat meat, but we managed with eggs and bread. Thumbs up to a kitchen lady who she did greet us with a smile every morning.

The Desk clerks (EXCEPT FOR JAMAL) that had answers questions regarding the city, area was JAMAL. We ask about shopping, a mall in the area, he actual got up went and got us a map, detailed on the map exactly where the Mall was. We came back from Niagra Falls, ask the lady and the man, is they could recommend a good restaurant that served fish, the female desk clerk barely open her mouth, she shook her head "no", the male desk clerk replied," I don't eat fish". We didn't ask if he ate fish. The room was ok; Housekeeping needs to pick up cigarette butts from the patio and be sure that the bathroom floor is free from hair. Maybe Jamal should teach his co-workers how to treat the Guests.

Housekeeping issue

Stay was amazing but i wish they changed bedsheets everyday. When i asked the housekeeping people about it, they said they change bedsheets every 4 days which I thought is not great to be honest.

Elevator, button did not work, Ice Machine empty on serval occasions on 2nd floor, I am handicapped all handicapped parking spaces were full with cars that had no handicapped plates or placards. Told the front desk.

Great family stay

Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. It was a great distance from Niagara Falls, less than a 10 minute drive. No complaints!

Happy with our choice

We were happy with our choice of this hotel. It was conveniently located about 7-10 min drive to Niagara USA. The breakfast bar had decent options. The room was clean and nicely cooled off on our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains. We were disappointed that there were no working usb charging ports in our room and several outlets were unusable. The elevator was very slow. Parking was difficult Saturday night.
