Very disappointing - not a restful night
Very disappointing. While this place has recently been renovated and looks nice, you can tell that the renewal is only on the surface. Extremely low soundproofing performance between the rooms and from the hallway. Woke up in the middle of the night from the noise of my neighbor taking a shower and then door slamming in the early morning hours. Not the guests’ fault but simply poor architectural/acoustical design of the property. Very disappointing, though the staff was friendly.

The telephone can't work, the technical person coming, but can't solve the problem, then nobody take care further. there is no kettle supply, no cloth hanger at closet. The breakfast is expensive and poor. I would like to recommend dining outside.

We spent weekend of 7/19/24 to visit the Falls. Had a wonderfull stay at this Holiday Inn location about 15 mins drive from the falls. Even with construction it was an absolutely wonderfull stay. We will definately visit again.

Fantastic!
This hotel was amazing. Even with the construction, there was minimal noise. The roomed were clean and spacious. The staff (from the front desk to the wait staff to the x construction workers) knocked it out of the park. We even had a flat tire. Not inly did they help to find a garage, they pumped it up and even checked with us at the garage to be sure we didn’t need any follow-up help. Just amazing! The area around had a grocery, dollar store and a few restaurants too. Slightly larger than a small town. It was close to everything.
