When I first walked in, I was impressed with how new everything was! The room looked delightful when compared with the other hotels nearby. The only minor issues I had was a bit of noise from loud air conditioning unit in which I had to unplug from the wall socket because it did not respond to thermostat. The toilet, for some reason, kept making little noises from what appears to be a toilet bowl issue that needs to be addressed. Also, you can hear the plumbing from when toilets flush from other units. It sounded like someone was shredding paper from inside my room!! Other than that, I loved the decorum and the staff's customer service was exceptional!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Great location to the Falls and Restaurants. The Hotel is located up hill from the Falls but is walkable if able. Loved the Fireworks at night at the Falls. Hotel was clean and rooms updated. Did not know we were getting a balcony but loved it. Parking was included and was very packed so did not move once parked. We stayed 2 nights and walked everywhere. Would stay again if we returned to the Falls.

This was our first time staying at this property. We were very impressed. Loved the convenience of the parking, location was great for being by the Falls and the casino area as well as walking distance or very quick drive to Clifton hill. Will come back each time now!

Couldn’t check in until 3pm, other people could check in early though. Shower had a bunch of long hairs in it, vent above shower head was FULL of dust that fell on my face while showering. Room was very nice, spacious, beds comfortable, cleaning staff was very polite and kind. Front desk staff not as much.

Relatively clean for the area (bathroom ground was a bit dirty, some of the towels were stained). Lobby was clean and seemed renovated. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location, easy and close parking. Dining options onsite.

Business Niagara Falls

Our room was 102 - this is ground floor right next to the back door and elevator. We could hear everyone going around, it was noisy. Additionally, showers from upstairs rooms were also loud. The patio door looks and exits directly outside, forcing us to put on the dark curtains (no privacy). Overall, room was clean and spacious but I'd rather have upper floor room with more privacy and not located in the midst of traffic in and out of the hotel. Location is good for those going to the Fallsview casino but if you have mobility issues getting down to the falls is on a hill.

Have stayed here many times. Rooms are decent, staff are wonderful, easy walk to falls, Clifton hill etc. I like the fact that parking is included. My only complaint is that breakfast was always included, this time there was an additional $30 charge for 2 people.

Great Hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff was very friendly, it was close to a lot of bars and of course Niagara Falls is always a blast. I feel it was good value for what we paid considering it's in Niagara Falls.
