Bedspreads, curtains and refrigerator were dirty. Laminate flooring chipped uneven and dirty! Garbage around the parking lot. No fresh towels on day 2! Building is old and run down…disappointing!

Room floors and bathroom dirty, did not take shoes off unbowed in bed. Did not want to shower as shower was very dirty. Towels had weird stains on them. Hair and dirt behind bathroom door. 2am and 5am yelling in hallway about money, banging on doors, sketchy characters. Barricaded door because we know better; parking was full at night then almost literally empty at 9:30am, not very subtle. Great advertising though, did not get anywhere near a sense of what it’s actually like through Expedia.

The check in was smooth. However it was extremely noisy until after 2am on the 2nd floor. Then we were awakened by construction noise at 7am. Breakfast is not something look forward to. At that place.Just go to Denny's , Wendy's or burger king across. At check out I stood there 5 minutes with 2 staff members sitting down ignoring me Then the African lady who I was standing in front of looked at me then got up and left without a word. At that point the gentleman left sitting there asked if I need anything. I said I just need to check out and by that time it was past 11am. For me I will not be returning unfortunately. Plenty of other hotels next to them in case of being closer to the shopping outlet. I booked to sleep at another place next day .

People were yelling in the hallways and rooms late into the night and first thing in the morning. Bathroom floor was wet with hair on it and on the wall. The shower did not look clean at all.

They didn’t clean room very well, there was medication left in the refrigerator from previous guests. The room smells, was not that clean have to ask for towels if you stay more then 1 day they don’t give you fresh towels or make your bed empty trash or anything they don’t go to your room at all to fresh it up. Would not stay there again, pay more and go closer to the falls those hotels are better
