First room had a huge hold in the wall from the door and sticky floors. Second room damaged walls again and disgusting floors I wouldn’t let my child take their shoes off.

Disappointing all around
Upon check in we were assigned a room when we went to the room it was under renovations. We were then given a new room and it was dated and not very clean. The curtains had mold on it from the air conditioner. There was bare wires under the ac unit. The hairdryer was spliced together with another cord with merits. There was hair on the tub. The hotel started moving furniture and renovating the room next door to us at 7am scraping the wall. The breakfast was cold and looked like leftover from the day before with watered down orange juice. We could not access the back doors with our keycards and the staff left a window wide open on the main floor with no screen so as 2 women travelling alone it made us feel unsafe.

Extremely noisy when banquet room is rented out. Couldn't sleep through their partying. Remodeling crew brought in furniture to my room while I was trying to sleep. Was refunded for my stay.

The room floor was dirty. Someone was playing loud music on the parking lot, the staff didn’t do anything about it despite of reporting. The hash browns at the breakfast table were terrible.

The blanket had a burn hole in it. The blanket was thin like a sheet. The bathroom had cobwebs and black on ceiling around the shower. We killed a spider in the room. It was kinda grungy.

Mistake in niagara
I booked hotel because of location and pool. We arrive to notice under renovation and the pool was closed. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not and putting us street side when hotel was not busy, that was only made worse by staf makeing all sorts of noise starting at 6am. The breakfast was cold eggs and sausages and orange water and half cup of weak coffee. Mistake, will mot be back.

I did not enjoy my stay the room that I was in was infested with bedbugs which bit me up all throughout the night I have photographs from the bedroom on top of that my shower clogged and would not drain my toilet clogged and would not drain. I was not able to wake up and take a shower this morning after being beat up by bedbugs all night I now have to take my clothes to be washed and dried to ensure that I do not carry any bedbugs with me. I am very unhappy with my state and would request a full refund for my stay.

Bedspreads, curtains and refrigerator were dirty. Laminate flooring chipped uneven and dirty! Garbage around the parking lot. No fresh towels on day 2! Building is old and run down…disappointing!
