Overall experience
While check in, my guest has to pay their hotel bills. Reception did not allow me. There was terrible bad smell in room and washroom. The room thermostat did not work properly. Smoke alarm was hanging on ceiling. The washroom door lock was working. Shower knob came off while I was taking shower. Breakfast was good. Will not be coming again.

They upgraded us, which was super nice, but my biggest complaint was every day our keycards deactivated and we had to go reactivate them. No, they we're near our phones, and it was both of our cards every day. I've never experienced this at a hotel before. Highly inconvenient.

Condition matches the price.
Beds were a bit hard. Some rooms had water marks on the ceiling. Our room only had 1 night stand and very few plug for charging our phones. Had to use an iron from another room as ours didn't have one. Breakfast was ok. Unsure about the pool. A lot of stairs. It's always leg day at this inn.
