Wonderful relaxing stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was just as I expected, charming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Shuttled over to winery next door for an amazing dinner. Short distance to town and shops.

This is an amazing hotel. My wife and I came here 20 years ago and it is as nice as I remember. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed for dinner. We went up to Peller restaurant but that was a poor and disappointing experience. The hotel provides a golf cart to get there which was very convenient but the food sub-par. We would definitely stay at Riverbend again. :)

This is an excellent property. We’ve stayed here several times and will always stay here when in Niagara. This stay was made even better by Jennifer at the front desk. She was extra helpful and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable. We knew the restaurant was closed for the season but it would have been nice to have the lounge open for after dinner (elsewhere). We sat and red books in our room for the evening. We thought we could have the fireplace on but eventually figured it was affiliated with the thermostat. It was a real treat to wake up through the night with a fire in the grate. Lovely!!

Rachel was the most delightful staff member. She was helpful and charming. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of wine . Our stay was short but absolutely wonderful. The room was gorgeous overlooking the vineyard. Rachel drove us to our dinner at the vineyard next door and also collected us with blankets as it was chilly. Breakfast was fabulous. I cannot wait to return and stay for a longer vacation :)

Our room was spectacular. Spacious room with fireplace, windows overlooking the vineyard, sunset (just lucky), fabulous breakfast, great staff. It couldn’t have been better. We will return.

This was just average for us. The in room thermostat was not intuitive so we were very uncomfortable the first night. Also, the shower head needs replaced, old and barely any pressure. We were greeted with a welcome drink, but overall did not find it a very warm or friendly experience. Breakfast was fine although a bit pricey for the value. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

A lovely property and grounds, thoughtful touches and carefully curated ambiance. Nice art deco and Georgian vibes, superb staff. Especially grateful to the manager of Oaklands who accommodated our large party for a special birthday breakfast. Will return.
