Of all my research, this was the most affordable and cleanest lodging. I will stay here the next time I visit my sibling at Connecticut College too.
I will say to bring your shower shoes and don't walk barefoot (just in general, the place was clean just old), and the room smelled heavily of perfume or strongly scented cleaning product. I was able to air it out by opening the windows. Also, the AC made the room feel uncomfortably damp, so I got by with the window open or it being cold enough at night to keep my window shut.
There was a kitchenette, but no pan, sponge, plates, or silverware, etc. Microwave and mini fridge were very helpful.
Location was near a Target, Walmart, McDonalds, Texas Roadhouse, and the highways.
