OK for the money we paid
Clean and comfortable and nice and close to the station, but the bathroom is somewhat cosy and has what must be the smallest shower in France! We didn't have breakfast included, and it didnt look to be worth the €12 they wanted for it. The man on reception barely looked up when i came to collect my baggage on leaving, and i ended up having to go behind the desk myself to fetch it.

Die Räume sind sehr klein. Schon 2 Koffer haben keinen Platz. Es fehlen im Bad Haken - die eigentlich ja nichts kosten. Angeblich war unser DZ mit Zustellbett der grösste Raum ??? Fenster beginnt in Brüstungshöhe, man fühlt sich wie in einem Abstellraum. Unserer Meinung nach, wird das Horel auf den Fotos besser dargestellt als es ist. Es tut uns leid, aber heutzutage noch Teppichboden geht gar nicht - er ist auch uralt …. da muss ich nichts mehr sagen.

Bathroom SO small. Try to sit on the toilet. Try it. Nope you can’t sit diagonally. Nope you can’t manspread. Try to sit on it normally. Oh, you can’t, because the sink is two inches from the front of the toilet seat!!!!

Such a lovely property to stay in, the hotel was decent and the amenities as well. I just wish the windows had a lining of net to avoid the flies when it's open but I guess that defeats the purpose of the view. All in all, amazing property and very lovely staffs, Amine and the other staffs made sure i was comfortable and provided me with information and supplies that I needed. I appreciate the staffs! I Recommend this hotel and will be staying on my next visit.

Please remove the pool photos, the hotel is everything described but I don't know why there's photos of the pool from another hotel is misleading. The breakfast is basic with coffee and pastries and cheese and poached eggs no meat

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and a perfect room. It couldn't have been better. The room had obviously been refurbished recently and had everything i needed, air con, fridge. The bathroom also was perfect with a powerful 2 headed shower. Breakfast was great too

Toilet door can’t lock, you must turn off the aircon before leaving else the vane will hit the front door. Hairdryer can only be used 10 seconds at a time before “recharging” for 5 minutes. Floor outside the toilet leaks. Toilet is cramped and small. No kettle, condiments etc. This hotel is closer to a 2 star than 3. Staff are also impatient. Will not recommend.

Not the safest
Although the hotel is a pretty good location, it's in an unsafe area. Walking back at night was pretty scary with people hanging around outside. The hotel itself is not safe, they covered the smoke alarms so people could smoke inside - which was a huge hazard if there was a fire god knows if the alarms would go off. We felt really uneasy all night

A very disappointing stay. There was no hot water on the first night we stay there and not fixed until next evening. Made complaint of it and they would not make any compensation at all!

Well located for the station and trams
Easy to find from the tram system (relatively straight walk with few curbs). Check in and check out were quick and are next to the breakfast area. 10 rooms per floor and the single room's walls weren't adjoining to any of the other rooms. Hotel has had a recent refit, air conditioner / heater quick and effective, several power points and USB chargers, desk and chair, soap and shampoo in and storage areas. No tea or coffee making, bathroom was a tight fit and has a sliding door. Only significant issue was people talking at 3am and housekeeping starting fairly early in the morning.
