Great location in Nice within walking distance to Vieux Nice and Port Lympia, as well as easy access to the tram stops - lots of restaurants around the area and very close to a Monoprix too. Room is clean and new but very small (would recommend only bringing a medium sized suitcase here). Comfortable bed and air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception when assistance was needed.

The room was good. Very small, with the bathroom right beside the head of the bed. Nowhere to sit. Again lobby did not offer free water and coffee like North American hotels do. Other minor issues were room specific and will be addressed by maintenance staff in due course.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect, very central and convenient for getting around. The hotel is well located close to main tourist attraction walkable within 15 min, there a train station Garibaldi will take you directly to aeroport. Bus and tramway all around. The facilities at the hotel is very basic, no safe in the room, no water provided but there is a supermarket on tje corner of the street and if you are ok with tap water than you’ll be fine,
