Very convenient to the station as we were travelling on the trains both ways. The host and his assistant treated us to a very enjoyable stay , imparting his tips for restaurant dining which we used and were very happy with and his exceptional generosity and hospitality throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend his hotel to any friends visiting Nice Ville.

Our stay here was wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach, and there were countless restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel looks nice and clean. Big size rooms. Big and very modern bathroom. King staff. Happy with my stay. The only thing I would add is bigger pilows.

Great hotel , good location and good staff.
Hotel is very close to trian station. So it is very easy to go to Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is very well done ,it having a great sun and it is big. The pillows are a bit thin , but they can manage it by giving more pillows. We are happy about our stay. City is very small and possible to reach everywhere in 20 min walk.

Lovely hotel, set back from the main road so nice and peaceful. The staff were also very friendly Exceptionally close to the main train station and a short walk to both the old town and the beach. Would definitely stay there again when visiting the area

Lovely hotel. Very well positioned with the train station close by and a short walk down to the promenade. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was 17 euros and didn’t have some of the things that it said it should have (bacon). Eggs were not great either. As though they had been sat there for a while. Apart from that though I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a centrally located hotel in Nice. And we will definitely be returning next year.

Loved our stay here, especially the super friendly and helpful staff (eg provided beach towels and parasol, left croissants at our door). Very good location if you plan to do trips to other towns/cities near Nice, literally within a minutes walk to the Nice Ville train station, and about 10ish minutes to the seafront. Also walkable distance to the old town. Really pleasant stay and would recommend!
