Quiet and far away from nice if you’re a solo traveller. 30 minute tram ride but nice hotel with friendly staff and a very large room.

Not a great experience
Not left with a good impression. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and while the gave us a fan it didn’t really help much since the temps were in the mid 90’s. The room was large, but they gave us a handicap room and you had to duck to get your head under the shower. The hair dryer had issues also. There also isn’t a place to park to load and unload luggage. When asked at checkout how our stay was we advised about the air conditioning and the response was I’m sorry to hear that’. Overall a disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Our room had a very strong stench of sewage or mold coming from the shower drain. They sent staff to clean it but the smell persisted. Otherwise comfortable but note you cannot adjust the thermostat.

The location was close to the airport, but finding it was soooo difficult! We had a rental car and I was trying to drop my family at the hotel before dropping the rental car off. I spent 20 minutes driving all around the property trying to find it. Tried calling the staff at the front desk, but nobody spoke English so they were no help. Turns out it is on the back side of some other hotel/office building. There is no way to get to the front of it. I ended up pulling off the side of the street and having them all bail out of the car and grab the luggage and then walk around to the back of this building. Overall the hotel gets a 4 star rating, but the logistics of trying to get there take this to a 3 star rating.

It was located at a weird place and we felt a bit scared on the way. All the stuff was not friendly at all, it was very disappointing. The room was next to the private area and smelled cigarette, assumed they smoke there and the smell come into the room. Also, one of the mornings, people were talking loudly and that woke us up. It was the worst stay I’d had ever and never recommend to anyone.

Cheap stay at a convenient location
The hotel itself is fine but it’s hard to find - it’s off the street in the middle of a building complex and there are no signs. It took some wandering around at midnight to find it. Then I came back at the end of my first day and my key didn’t work. Apparently it was security that checked me in when I arrived at midnight and during the whole day, the front desk staff hadn’t processed my reservation into the system. I found that unsatisfactory.

unclean and smelly
upon check in (an hour later than noted) room was still not ready, which was a challenge as i was supposed to begin my work day. we dropped our bags off and then came back a few hours later to a room that had not been properly cleaned - dirty floors, stains on the bed, and smelly! we asked for new towels and those came with hair on them. i never leave reviews but i was disappointed by our stay

Overall the property was clean and super convenient to the airport. Trying to find it was a total nightmare, it's located in an interior area with no direct access by car. We literally drove around for over an hour trying to find it, no signs anywhere to note its location. It was literally the worst part of the trip since we wasted an hour and lots of stress trying to locate it.
