The villa is located on the hills above Nice and has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
It has a nice little garden with a dining area and a seating area. The villa is located in a nice enclosed area with access to the pool area with a larger swimming pool and a smaller children's pool. There is also the possibility to play ping-pong in the pool house. The boulevard is located below the pool area. The pool is shared with others in the area so not private.
The house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms upstairs. In each bedroom there is a double bed (2 assembled beds) which is 190 * 200 cm. Upstairs there is 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, plus a separate toilet. AC in all bed rooms.
On the lower floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area and sofa set. There is an AC in the living room.
