Detached vacation house made of volcanic stone in hilly position (approx. 700 m a.s.l.) between the mountains Madonie and Peloritani and a few kilometers from Nicosia. Large fenced natural plot, partly wooded for long walks. Equipped veranda for outdoor dining. Rustic furnishings. Ideal location for a relaxing vacation in nature. Worth a visit are the many characteristic villages on the slopes of the mountains, such as Gangi (29 km) - one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, or Sperlinga with its medieval castle. 100 km the natural park of Etna around the volcano Etna. 50 km Enna, 96 km Catania, 144 km Palermo, 149 km Taormina. 47 km the north coast of Sicily with its beaches on the Tyrrhenian Sea.
