Just for a quick sleep

Very convenient for an overnight layover. Room was the older side and disappointing considering the lobby looks much nicer. Dinner buffet… just get something at the airport. Options were minimal and not communicated with price.

We will be back!

Super friendly and very helpful staff. We use the hotel for early check ins (like 5am). Just get up at 4:30am, walk across the street and check in! The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy.

Average hotel with terrible food

A convenient stay for the airport (especially T1) and a comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean, bedroom had lots of fluff on the floor. The staff were pretty good on the whole. The price is too much for what you get but you pay for the convenience I guess. What lets this place down the most though is the restaurant. The food is terrible, avoid!! We opted to do the buffet (before seeing it), they sell you a voucher on reception for a couple of euros less than the restaurant price, then you don’t get chance to see what you’re buying. Really poor quality, only thing that was half decent was the salad buffet. Drinks are also massively overpriced! I’d certainly look at other options if I was coming back.

Hotel is very convenient to Vienna Airport, 5- 8 minute walk through terminal and across the street. Great for an overnight layover. Rooms are adequate, beds comfortable, bathrooms with amenities. I would stay again.

In my opinion this is an over priced hotel. There is no need to be that expensive. Yes it’s convenient for the airport- but for an overnight bed it’s way too much . The one member of staff I met was delightful however the check in procedure is ridiculous. Took ages - the computer screens were playing up and then we all had to sign something- don’t know what- we didn’t get chance to read it. Poor selection of tea and coffee in the room and inadequate- for such a price. It’s too dark in the room- trying to pack in the morning for an early flight would have been easier with an overhead light instead of the mood side lights. Good shower . Stay if you are worried about catching your flight on time otherwise not recommended
