This charming villa Mediterra Prima is located in the picturesque town of Ninski Stanovi, close to the old Croatian royal city of Nin. This area, surrounded by untouched nature, allows you to escape from everyday life. Popular tourist locations such as Nin, Zaton, Vir and Zadar are located in the immediate vicinity. The city of Nin, in addition to its rich historical and cultural heritage, is also known for its sea lagoon and the beautiful Kraljičina sandy beach. The beach offers countless activities such as kite surfing and jet skiing. Visit the Nin Museum of Salt and one of the oldest saltworks in this area. For the youngest guests, there are many facilities such as Equestrian Club Maximus in Ninski Stanovi, Buffalo Bill City (Vrsi), and Adventure Park (Kožino).
With total plot size of 960m2, Villa Mediterra Prima offers entertainment for the whole family. In front of the villa there is a heated pool with sunbeds around it for enjoying sunny days. Since the pool is heated, it will not be a problem if during Your stay the temperatures are a bit lower.
