At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day). One does need to be able to negotiate stairs regardless of the room, just to get to the lobby, but there is an elevator once you make it to the lobby. Other than the rude non-response to the e-mails, a pleasant stay.
