BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA is located in front of 3 beaches, at the highest point of the most prestigious residential area of Aruba, which is Arashi. Google maps: Catalina cove

LOCATION is in the middle of the finest beaches which are Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove (the best snorkeling area) and the Arashi Beach with crystal clear water and white sands. 1.5 miles to the high-rise hotel area with all the tourist attractions; 8 new tennis courts within 1 mile; 18-hole golf course next to the house, diving area (Antilla Wreck close the house); windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport within 1 mile. Casinos 1.5 mile.

Your private 2nd floor residence is just 14 step stair, (170 m2 = 1.550 sq.ft.) it has a separate entry, big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning, flat TV in every room. A gorgeous patio that can be used for BBQ, dining and even showering offers a magnificent view over the hotel entertainment areas and beaches. We clean the whole residence before you check in and after your checkout. All towels are included, washing machine and dishwasher are available with a small fee.
Our pool is common for all our units in the house. We rent 5 units on the property. Maximal capacity is about 18 people in the whole house. Unit villa is the top floor of the house.

Some of the best Snorkeling on the Island
We enjoyed the Villa. It was pleasant stay. If you've never been to Aruba, this home is located near some of the best snorkeling on the island.

Great
This place was exactly what I was hoping for. The 4-bedroom second story of the building is rented as a unit and is rather like renting a house, although there is no traditional living room. (The master bedroom has a lot of seating.) There is a big kitchen and, most important in my mind, an extensive private porch/patio with a great ocean view. Happy hour was spent on the patio, watching the sun sink into the ocean, followed by dinner under the stars. We ate almost all our meals here, although there is also a big table in the kitchen. Top-notch snorkeling is steps away across a quiet road. In the mornings the many colorful fish were occasionally so thick that it looked like we had thrown chum. Also a few turtles. It is a short walk to a traditional swimming beach with a nice stretch of sand and a bar. The host was great. No night-life within a few miles, but that is a plus for us. For a laid-back vacation, you couldn't ask for more.

Great property
Villa is old but very clean. Good quiet location just across from Catalina Cove and 10 minutes to Palm Beach. A/C works great in each bedroom. Spacious balcony is fabulous to watch the sunset and ocean. Only recommendations would be more comfortables chairs in master bedroom and at least 1 sitting chair in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable but pillows were hard and flat. Enjoyed our time in Aruba and can’t wait to come back!

A family member mentioned that the snorkeling was better than Hawaii! Snorkeling across the road from the Villa was completely amazing (sea turtles and an abundance of fish varieties). The villa is a luxury status. Extremely nice exterior spaces. Sunsets are peaceful and amazing.

Perfect location and able to have a view of the ocean. Property is dated and could use some repairs. They have been working on the apartments and will probably be doing the villa sometime soon. With multiple light sources in the master bedroom, only one worked. Never had a hot shower in master bath but other showers worked well. Would definitely recommend this listing to those who are traveling with friends and with family but if you have more than 2 children the security of the villa may not be for everyone. The bedroom attached to the master has a set of twin beds. Then the hallway has a lockable door leading downstairs to the outside. It is also open to the outdoor living space and the other 2 bedrooms do lock but if you are traveling with several young children this probably won’t work for you. It’s a safe area, we walked just a few minutes to Arashi beach and Boca beach is right across the street. You can see the snorkeling excursions as Boca is one of the best places to snorkel. This was our second stay at this listing and although hopeful the villa might get some upgrades, would definitely stay again. You definitely get the feel of island living. (Including the occasional visit of a gecko.)

We loved staying here - the location for the beaches / ocean is amazing and having whole indoor/ outdoor 3rd floor was so spacious and comfortable. Great view from the deck. Viola's property was fantastic. We had four spacious bedrooms and the outdoor patio is amazing. The location can't be beat -- we snorkeled in several spots and the best was across the street! We can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our time on Aruba. This property was in a perfect location, right across the street from the most popular and best snorkeling on the island. Of course that means all the boats were always anchored with snorkel groups. The villa portion of this property is the top floor of the large home. It was very spacious with views of the neighborhood and water. We would recommend.

Great location. Spacious and private bedrooms. Amazing outdoor deck overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Great for two families. The master suite worked well as the kids sleeping and hang out areas while the smaller more private bedrooms were great for the grown ups with private bathrooms. Overall, we had a wonderful 10 day stay. The location on Boca Catalina beach was outstanding. It was the best snorkeling on the island. And Arashi beach had waves and a great beach to hang out all day at. Plus, it was a short walk from the villa. Parking in the drivewayg ywas adequate for two cars and the two refrigerators were welcomed with a party of 8 guests. We will be back!

Great location, at the end of the island, not as much traffic as down town yet easy drive anywhere you want to go. Walk to a number of beaches very close. If i had to say anything negative about it, the patio gets very slick when it rains have to be very careful. Slick tile . AAA rating and would stay here again.

Exceptional Stay in Aruba
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The place and the location was incredible. We would literally walk across the street to the best snorkeling on the island (all the excursion boats would anchor nearby). Also, the incredible Arashi beach for just swimming and chilling was only a 2 and a half minute walk away. Combine that with lots of great restaurants two miles away (favorites include: The Old Cunucu House, Wacky Wahoo and Linda's Dutch Pancakes) and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Aruba. Veronika was super responsive. Overall, we'd recommend this property and rate it a 10/10!

The views of the ocean is amazing. It is steps away from the beach and snorkeling is feet into the water. Still, the location is quiet. Within 10 min from the hotel area by car. Nice walk along the beach is 200 feet away. Bar is walking distance.
