Incredible property. From The moment we walked out of the taxi, we were greeted by the staff. The front desk is warm and inviting and greeted you like family. We went straight to the pool and Dwight made us incredible drinks and quesadilla fries, which you have to try!!!!.

Comfortable Beachside Stay
The hotel staff was super friendly & accommodating. During my stay the hotel was under renovations but the disruption was minimal. It was a clean & quiet place to stay. The location was great too! You are walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, & shopping as well as Palm Beach. The hotel offered a shuttle to Palm Beach but it’s about a 3 minute walk so my friend & I didn’t bother. The price was great especially for the location. I would definitely recommend!

The staff was very kind. Ishmir conducted great shuttle service. Jonathan did an excellent job at Front desk. The manager was wonderful.about facilitating our Breakfast requests and allowing an Early check-In. Nice property and renovations are being completed.

This hotel is amazing. Just keep in mind. They are still under renovation with the other half of the hotel. Hopefully the full renovations will be completed by the end of this year early next year. My family enjoyed the stay. It was great upon arrival you get complementary cocktail drinks that’s provided at the poolside. You get also towel service from the hotel, cleaning is excellent and the staff were amazing pleasant and always helpful. The best part about the hotel is that you have literally direct access to the shops and restaurants which is amazing. You really don’t need a car if you’re more within the area. But if you want to explore Aruba, you will need a rental car which they have available like one and two blocks away from the hotel.

Me chamo Natália. Nos hospedamos de 10 a 16 se setembro de 2024. Brickell Bay Beach Resort Aruba é excelente. Todos os atendentes foram muito solícitos e simpáticos. O hotel está em reformas, mas a reforma não atrapalhou em nada. Ficamos em uma quarto renovado e era impecável. Tudo muito novo. Hotel fica ao lado da vida noturna. Temos acesso ao hotel pela recepção e pelo portão da área da piscina que fica em frente aos bares e restaurantes. Água aromatizada e chá gelado disponível aos hóspedes. Super indicamos esse hotel. Vale a pena. Bom custo-benefício e localização perfeita.
