This property was excellent!!! We had no complaints during our stay, check-in was quick and smooth right on time for the complimentary drinks was a nice touch. Pool open until 10pm for those late night relaxing swims, breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options and the service we got was A . The beach in front of the property wasn't the greatest so taking the walk to up the street to Eagle beach or further up palm beach is what we did. Maybe a shuttle from the hotel would be a great addition to this hotel , other than that i would highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled with a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children. The resort was clean and felt safe. The room was also clean with a nice ocean view. The buffet breakfast was a nice start to the day. Upon arrival the outdoor front staff is not very welcoming, same with the check in front desk personnel inside. The pool and hot tub are very nice as is all the poolside staff. The hotel beach area itself is ok. The ocean in this area is very rocky so it’s not great for swimming or putting your feet in the ocean sand. You definitely need a float to hang onto to get out into the ocean waters. There is also a business set up on the beach hanging out, smoking cigarettes trying to sell jet ski rentals and parasailing. Somewhat annoying and creepy. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again.

The rooms, overall service, and locations was amazing. The drinks and food (except for daily complimentary breakfast) was disappointing. For a resort you would want to ensure the drinks are great and timelines and dining experience is above average. But it wasn’t and we enjoyed spending time and money off resort. It is a perfect location for Efale beach and downtown or Palm Beach and all the north has to offer within a quick walk. The rooms and pool are excellent with great beach access.

Overall, the property is very nice. Clean, Staff is very courteous, and the pool is fantastic. The free breakfast is good but not great, but it's free. The breakfast has any item you would want but is average in quality. Only issues were the bed was a little firmer than I like, which led to back tightness and the beach area is not the nicest. There are much better beach options which are close by such as Eagle and Palm. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is highly recommended. It is spotless, the personnel is extremely nice, the breakfast is fresh and varied, and it is very tasty. I would love to go back again tomorrow!
