I will say that we were put in the sea tower for the first couple of nights and it got so loud from the club next door that the window on the door was shaking, we have 2 younger children and they didnt sleep well and neither did my wife and I. When i asked to change the room they said if it was that bad i should have come sooner. I wasn't pleased with that. So if you have small kids or like to sleep dont let them put you in building 7. I dont usually complain but i will try to help out the next person. There was no comp for the inconvenience or move and no help with our bags.

Property is at a great location. Staff is great and friendly. Beach is great. The only downside is the rooms… The rooms need some renovating. Hallway lighting is dark. Everything is just old.

Celebrated my mother's 90th birthday. Great resort and many dining options. Knowing abt the beach chairs and huts would have been helpful in advance, but all in all, it was a great vacation!

The location was fabulous. Near stores, restaurants, activities. Beach and hotel outdoor grounds were very nice with all kinds of amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful. The only two negatives were the line for check in…very, very slow. And the biggest negative was the condition/dated room. It was very clean but just so dated. Could barely slide the door open to get to balcony, caulk, paint, plaster (holes) all needed to be redone. Outlets were all so loose devices barely stayed in them. Hair dryer had to be unplugged to turn off. Fridge froze everything on any setting. Hallways to room smelled very musty. We aren’t picky people but for what came to a total of almost $500/night, we were disappointed. It was a blessing this is the kind of vacation where you aren’t in your room much.

Access to the woman’s pool restrooms did not work. Had to go to my room to use restroom. I don’t understand why the doors have to be locked anyway. Using a restroom is a bodily function. Even if you are not staying at the hotel. I walked through other hotel lobbies and their facilities were not locked.

I didn't like that I had to pay for the umbrellas and the cavana's in the hotel. We traveled with babies and had to pay so they wouldn't be under the sun. Also the excursion packages are very expensive, I took a taxy to the places I want to see and the it was much shiper.

Loved the convenience of everything right on the property and going to some of the areas across the street at the shopping center. The best part was being able to walk from the hotel right onto the sand. 10/10 for that!
