Need to be up-to-date very very clean
It was very horrible due to the fact, stains all over the couch in the room. Hair and debris all over the back part of the Mattress and boxspring. Would never stay there again.

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting downtown Norfolk. You can walk to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the weekend one we won’t forget.

Not a very good experience. The room smelled like mildew, it was dirty (I found dirty dental pick in the bathroom), couch stained, carpet dirty. Tv wasn’t working, we asked to get it fixed but no one showed up. We would not stay there again.

The staff was wonderful but the property was horrible!! The guests were loud tthroughout the hall way all night, the elevator kept getting stuck and let’s not mention having to shower in a different room because my shower was broken. THANK YOU Kay, jermaine and Donna for exceptional customer service!! They were the saving grace of this stay!
