The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are generally well kept and updated but common areas are starting to show some wear and tear. The location is convenient for my visits and there are good options nearby to eat.

The Waterside area was a busy place several years ago with many restaurants and things to do. That has changed. The area has fewer restaurants and fewer things to do that will attract visitors. The hotel pool and restaurant are okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
