I have been to this Hilton on numerous occasions and it has always been fantastic. This time not so much. First night was awakened to a woman screaming and crying in the front of her door. Tried to call the front desk. Finally after 10 minutes and 5 calls later someone answered the phone this all happened at 5:30am. Fast forward to 8:30am her father was knocking on her door LOUDLY. I will say James from the front desk did call me later in the morning and apologized for the craziness. 3 days later I was checking out and the valet went to get my car once I got my car I was about to drive off when my hand touched something strange in the steering wheel. The leather on the steering wheel had been torn as if it had be caught on something. It wasn’t that way when I got out of it the night before. The valet who brought my car to me was very helpful, he got his supervisor who seemed to be annoyed that I was even bringing it up, said I could fill out and that he would get security. After waiting 15 minutes I had to go no security to be found. I am very disappointed with this stay I know the staff has no control over how people act but should it have taken 10 minutes and 5 calls to get someone to answer at the front desk? Still haven’t heard from management regarding my steering wheel.

Minor issues but overall beautiful
Towels in our room were torn and/or had holes in them and the shower head dripped all night. Also ceiling fan was clicking loud enough to have to turn it off. Other than that it was a very beautiful establishment!

I have stayed here for 4 years straight for my birthday Nov the 27, the desk clerk she was so courteous and gave me a complimentary breakfast for the Nov 29, I had a 2 day stay. I turn 74 years old this year The only year I didn't stay was doing Covid. If the Good Lord see me to 75 years old I will stay here again next year 2025. My room quiet and very very clean..rating room Excellent.

No water! We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season" shouldn't mean "shrug-service"
