All the staff members were very personable and friendly! The breakfast was great and the area was very clean! Our room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking area was safe and easy accessible. The pool area was small but great amenity after a day of activities. Thank you

We had a minor hiccup with our room but the front desk staff and the AGM rectified the issue immediately and upgraded our room! They have a nice bar with great drinks and a variety of food options which was very convenient for the 1 or 2 nights we didn’t want to go out to eat!

The overall experience was great. The location was excellent and not far from VA Beach. Close to shopping mall and eateries. It worked for me. I live in the heart of NY and this was a breath of fresh air for me. VA Beach would have felt like I was still in NY.

Very nice hotel with very accommodating staff, extensive breakfast included, updated facilities, and convenient location to the town center shopping and dining. I stayed there with my two kids and dog, and we always felt safe. A couple of times, the breakfast staff had a tough time keeping ahead of the breakfast rush, but they were fairly quick to replenish when things ran out. We stayed six nights and would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel is quite new and well maintained, it's a quiet safe area walking distance from a Shopping Mall and several restaurants. Breakfast was good and timely. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Well relaxed vacation
My vacation was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, where to fine fun activities at the beach front and other places around hotel area. The only thing i would say that could be better is breadfast . But there was a place call the village Inn open for breadfast...so it all workout great. The room was clean and very comfortable and i felt very safe there.

Excellent location, easy access to the interstate and to all the major areas of interest. Front desk staff, Cindy in particular, was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean as always and quiet, despite being full.
