"Very close to Omaha Beach, the American cemetery and right on the doorstep of the Overlord Museum. The proprietor was amazingly helpful - shuffled our rooms to get us closer together and re-opened the kitchen to make us a late lunch. Good old-fashioned service of the highest order."

"3 nights overlooking Omaha Beach, unfortunately the weather was not good, very windy Accommodation was adequate, a comfortable chair would have been nice, good heating and plenty of hot water Bar didn’t open until 6pm with no lunchtime service"
