Whether you are seeking adventure or relaxation, this 2 storey beachside holiday villa is your perfect getaway. Located at Normanville within the South Shores Resort complex, it is centrally positioned across from the large communal pool and close to the main reserve. From the rear of the property take a short stroll along the board walk to the beautiful Normanville beach for swimming or sunbathing and enjoy the amazing sunsets.
Back at the villa, step outside to your private balcony on the upper level overlooking the sand dunes to relax. If lucky, you may sight a tawny frogmouth! Make use of the outdoor table with seating for 6 and the Weber barbecue for socializing and a drink or two.
The villa features reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort on both levels and ceiling fans in the main dining area and master bedroom.
On the upper level open the glass bifold doors to extend your area for entertaining from the kitchen, dining and living areas through to the balcony deck. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and enjoy the spacious dining area and seating for 6. Alternatively take time off from cooking and order in/pick up your meals from the variety of local cafes, pubs and takeaway shops close by at Normanville and Yankalilla. Powder room access on the upper level for guest use.
Retreat to the comfort of the bedrooms on the lower level. The master suite is complete with a Queen bed, wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and private lower deck area. The additional guest bedrooms are perfect for family or friends. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with trundle. Both of these bedrooms have wardrobes for your convenience and close access to the large size bathroom along the hallway.
A single carport is provided. Additional cars may be parked in the designated community parking bays within the grounds.
During your stay make use of all the facilities that the South Shores Resort has to offer, including the landscaped gardens, 2 communal swimming pools (solar heated), reserve and barbecue facilities, children’s playground, basketball rings and BMX track. Feeling adventurous, then explore outside the resort to the wineries, beaches, eateries and take in the spectacular scenery of the Fleurieu region.

Please note that linen is NOT provided. Guests are required to supply their own sheets (upper and lower), pillow cases and towels. Doonas, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Alternatively linen packages can be ordered online through a local supplier at an additional cost (further details will be provided with bookings/on enquiry).
