Overnight Stop while travelling by Train
Nicely located for the railway station and town and helpful, pleasant Staff. Room was excellent although "not the biggest" and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good but I must have missed that it finished early as this was one of my days off - but they were accommodating allowing me to finish in my own time. I also appreciated being able to stay in the Lobby using the WiFi (with the offer of a coffee) as I waited for my next train. A little thing to some but not all Hotels do this and it makes such a difference!

Decent and affordable
Everything was great except the staff was a little frosty... They acted like it was a big hassle every time I asked for something at the front desk. Maybe that's just normal for this part of Sweden? The pool area is nice but be advised it's not included in the hotel room price which is not stated on Hotels.com. Norrköping is really cute and I look forward to visiting again.

The room we had got quite warm at night and we had to open the window to let cool air in. The window was overlooking a yard that looked like it was under construction and as such quite dusty, I was a bit concerned that the dust would blow into the room. Also the noise of trains going by outside an open window makes it hard to sleep soundly. The sink in the room has some white stain on it that would not wash away which didn't make me feel like the place was well cleaned. The ladies that run the reception and the breakfast tables were very helpful though and did a great job of making us feel welcome and helping us with dietary selections at breakfast.

It was good at all, but there are different informations on the web pages and the real service. For example the spa is not free, all of the wellness area is paid. They did not know about the packed food, what is also mentioned among the services. Otherwise i can recommend it.

Smallish, basic level room.
One bed room for one person. Clean enough, kind of smallish room and the bathroom with shower was a bit cramped. The music from the reception and the closed restaurant area play loud enough and long enough into the night to be disturbing. Possible future stays will require larger room that have a desk for getting some work.
