Hotel was okay. Checked in on Thursday evening. Realized after we were settled there an one of those fake eyelashes on the shower wall. Told the two ladies at the front desk, they said they would have it cleaned. Came back Friday late afternoon and saw that it was still there. Went down and said something to the new desk clerk. She wasnt concerned at all. We have stayed i. Several Hampton Inn and never had a problem. Wont be back. I have a picture but it wont let me add it.
My stay was wonderful. My room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and the had a great complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
Stephanie Moore was very helpful and informative. She was patient and willing to assist my husband and I during our anniversary stay. We really appreciate Stephanie.

Extremely disappointed with this stay! They changed our room with no notice even though I booked 1 month in advance. Have been told the manager will call me, never has. Have called and left messages for the manager and have never received a response. Breakfast looked really nice, but nothing had any flavor. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nice room cheap bathroom.
They need to do a little bit better on the maintenance on the rooms.
The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. Paint chipping off the ceiling light not working over bathroom mirror. Light over toilet flashing. Was very dark in the bathroom. Handle on the shower was about to fall off. The stopper for the Jacuzzi tub would not seal. Causing water to run out of tub

We had to change rooms twice during our stay. Once was because we had an additional booking because we were fleeing the hurricane from FL understandable but the second room which I paid extra money for a Disability room. The toilet didn't flush, the shower filled up with water, and the TV and Internet were not working. The room they finally sent us too was not a disability room and half the size. Lastly we were told there would be no pet fee because of the hurricane and on checkout they charged us anyways. Don't tell a customer that and then charge them!
We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton, along with a lot of other Floridians. The front desk staff was amazing! They were friendly, empathetic to our situation and responsive to our needs. This included making fresh coffee for those who couldn't sleep waiting to see if we would have homes to go back to.

There was an elevator button that was stuck. It worked our first couple of days there, but after that we had to take the stairs down. We were told that maintenance was going to address the issue. It continued to malfunction for the remainder of our stay.
