Great getaway
Starlight motor inn was a great spot to visit while in North Charleston. Just as described in the photos, The room was luxurious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely worth the price. And the service of the team was 10/10. From beginning to end the staff made sure that we were comfortable.

Second time staying there. Always a great stay. It's clean , friendly and safe. Don't let the neighborhood skectch you out. Oh and try the taco place that's located close to there.

The Starlite Motor Inn was a mix of retro with modern day comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was convenient to all tourist attractions.

The Property itself is very Very Safe. I think a couple Cops live there and park their cars out front. I saw several people walking to the gas station for food and coffee with no problem. But I wouldn't venture off the property alone at night. Mabey it's just me I live in South Florida. LOL. But overall it was very clean and nice. I would for sure return.

This place is not only a hidden gem but also a well know secret to locals! The lounge has love music and Cass is an amazing bartender! Hank the GM is attentive and efficient! Pool is clean and warm! I will be telling all my friends!

The Starlight Motor Inn was INCREDIBLE. Just 10 minutes from everything. The rooms were spotless, with ice-cold air conditioning and beds that felt like clouds from heaven. The pool is fantastic, and the pool house adds a cool touch. The motel's retro charm makes it super photogenic. The Burgundy Lounge is like a trip back in time-truly unique. The Starlight Motor Inn has been around since the 1960s, maintaining its classic charm while offering modern comforts. Despite the surrounding neighborhoods not being the most appealing, I always felt safe. Loved everything about this motel and can't recommend it enough!.

Great Place to Stay
I was a little apprehensive about the area but once we got in our room it was perfect. Service was exceptional. I had to text for something I needed and got an immediate response. I would stay there again. I was traveling with my daughter and we felt very safe and at home.
