The hotel was in excellent condition as it has only been open for seven weeks. Unlike most area hotels, the Hilton did not offer a breakfast buffet with our reservations. We did have breakfast on our first of two mornings, which cost us fifteen dollars per person, not including tax and tipping for being served juice and coffee with our breakfast. That would have been okay, although the heated food options at 9:00 in the morning were overcooked and all seemed to have been sitting for an extended amount of time.

Look forward to visiting again
We stayed in North Conway for two nights, just a little getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We asked for an extra chair, to play games at the desk, and they brought it to us promptly. Everything was very clean and quiet. The beds were cozy and plenty of space to spread out your belongings and make yourself comfortable during your stay.

TERRIBLE VIEW FROM ROOM!
Our review is based on the front office staff and the view our room had. The attached photos should explain the view, unbelievable. When we went back to the front office staff to ask to change rooms (this was an anniversary trip) the guy at the front said he couldn't do anything. He told us to 'hang out' in the room so he could try and reach housekeeping to see if there would be any other rooms later. It was already 6pm. He said he didn't know if or when there would be another room. There are a couple of rooms with this horrible view. Guests need to be aware before they check in about the view. Had he been honest with us initially we would have been prepared for what we saw. Just be honest! We stayed in the room since it was late and we hadn't eaten. The room itself was wonderful. It's a new hotel. However, there are a lot of wonderful hotels in the area. Next time we will stay elsewhere.

The hotel was beautiful, the hotel had only been open for a week. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I would change is the PILLOWS! My husband and I did not sleep the entire night. Worst pillows we have ever slept on. The pillows were very flat, We probably should have called the service desk to see if they had a different kind. Just a head up.
