Hotel is quite out of date. Enough so that I felt the price was too high. It was clean and so wasn't a deal breaker for one night. But I'd avoid this one and stay pretty much anywhere else had we known ahead of time.

For the price I paid for this property it left a lot to be desired. Everything was basic and I was glad it was only for 1 night.

nothing in the room worked such as AC and TV. we called to come have it looked at and nobody came. there were stains everywhere, on the walls, floor, lampshades,etc

Do not stay at this property. It is old and rundown. They have tried to remodel it, but it didn't work for them. It is fairly clean and mostly quiet. The six steps up to my room turned into 22 steps. Then the key card wouldn't open my door. A man who works there took it and said he would be right back with working key cards. He never returned. It was truly a dump. The tub wasn't level and the shower ran out the back all over the floor. The "new" carpet looks like it was installed by a ten year old. I really feel like they should refund my money for the condition of the hotel vs the price.

We had been camping for 2 weeks and weather was calling for rain so we booked the room the day of. Not many choices left in town. The reservation said check in at 3. when we arrived they told us no it was at 5:00. I double checked the reservation no it said 3. Still the room wasn’t ready we had to leave and come back. Picture of room is false advertising. Looks nothing like the room. The room was old and dirty smelled musty and moldy. Mold and spider webs in the bathroom. The tub slowly drained water was mid calf by the time I finished showering and the tub was so dirty I was completely grossed out. There was no temperature control in the room so it was too hot. The toilet was so small it looked like it came from a preschool. I’m 5’3” and my knees were in the air. A guy set in his pickup truck with it running and head lights on outside our room for 3 hours. The bed was horrible we got up and left at 5 am. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I would have preferred to camp in the rain. Don’t stay here.

Would not stay here again. Mostly based on the assorted splatter on the walls and curtains. But also the used bar of soap in the shower. Or the Q tips behind the bedside table. Family running it seemed lovely but no way would stay here again.

The room smelled and we were given another room that also had a terrible smell. The property was not secured safely and random people were roaming the hallways. The worst experience I have ever had. Shut the property down.

The staff was friendly, responsive. and efficient. That said, the rooms were in need of attention. There were toothpaste stains from prior occupants. The sheets on one of the beds were stained and questionable clean. Also the room to the pool didn’t have a LOCK which seeems like a big safety issue. I thankfully have a ruler follower child but if you don’t. Be careful because a child could get into the pool pretty easily on. It’s own.

I usually don’t review but this was terrible! $420 for the room in the pics! Maybe for $100 but 420 no way! The hotel should be called “low quality inn”. The hotel pics look great but …no. Please stay somewhere else so many options in Conway

⭐️ Poor Experience – Wouldn’t Return We booked our stay online at a discount rate and were told upon arrival that the discounted rooms are located downstairs with no heat. We were told there was an electric heater down the hall if needed — not exactly what we expected. Check-in time was listed as 3 PM, but we were informed that online bookings can’t check in until 4:30. No big deal, we went to explore the area and came back a little after 5, but our room still wasn’t ready. The room itself was okay at best. On day two, I asked the front desk if rooms are cleaned daily. I was told yes and asked for my room number. I explained we just needed fresh towels and coffee — normally I’d reuse towels, but we’d used ours for the pool. Overall, for the amount of money we spent on a weekend getaway, I was disappointed. It really felt like we received lesser service because we booked through a third-party site, which has never been an issue for us anywhere else.
