Welcome to S'No Problem Mountain Escape located just steps from the Stonehurst Manor (https://www.stonehurstmanor.com/). Conveniently 3 minutes to Downtown (15 min walk through Whitaker Woods!), 6 minutes to Cranmore and 8 minutes to Echo Lake, 9 mins to Story Land, our spot is the perfect jumping off point for any season.

Enjoy a fully appointed, spacious luxury condo with two levels and a loft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Features include a fully equipped granite kitchen with Jennaire glass cook-top and convection oven, new (2023) Weber gas grill, quiet Bosch dishwasher, dining room, gas fireplace in large L-shaped living room w/ Roku TV, Wifi, air conditioning, newer washer and dryer, and sliders to a front and back decks. The condo overlooks the towering pine trees at the front of the Stonehurst Manor, yet it is privately located and nestled into the adjacent woods. Privacy and convenience form a superior blend with this condominium and its condition is superb.

ON THE GROUNDS there is tennis, pickleball, beautiful viewing of Mt. Washington and sunset as well as 45 kilometers of hiking and X-country skiing in Whitaker Woods (access on premises). Take the Whitaker Woods trail right outside our door straight to town (15 mins)! And, of course, there is the Manor itself where you can enjoy the fireplace in the Library Lounge or relax in one of four intimate dining rooms and savor the delights of their gourmet menu by candlelight.

NEARBY are the many natural and man-made attractions and activities of the Mt. Washington Valley. The natural ones surround you at every turn while the man-made pleasures include a variety of outstanding restaurants, top-name, tax-free shopping outlets as well as several excellent health clubs, and movie theater's.

Upon entering our condo, you will find our Welcome Book and area maps, area brochures, trail guide books, a mini-library and menus for nearly all the area restaurants. Bed linens and bath towels are provided and we have a cleaning crew that makes certain the condo is in perfect condition for your arrival. This condo is one of the finest in the Stonehurst Village development and considered by many to be the BEST location of them all. It is simply gorgeous and we serve numerous guests who return year after year after year.

Entertainment includes two TVs (Living room and main bedroom) with ROKU streaming access. Roku TVs are set up in GUEST MODE to allow you to access your own personal streaming accounts (Be sure to have your program PASSWORDS with you when you arrive!). Simply turn on the Roku TV, select your checkout date, and start streaming your own personal subscription services. You can also watch hundreds of free movies and TV shows, plus live news, sports, and more on the Roku and Pluto channels.

As always, essential amenities (hand soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, etc.) are well stocked, and for those of you who love fresh ground & brewed coffee, enjoy our coffee station!

We want to assure you that we are doing our part to help our guests feel safe. A single exterior security camera is located at the front door entryway.
