Staff unavailable after 5pm, pool not open, went to bring out luggage out to the car and they was turned off so we couldn’t get back In the room! Housekeeping had to let us back in the room to get the rest of our stuff and it was before check out time!

We liked we were on the first floor. But there was advertisement for the pool that was heated but was not available when we got there. They said the part was ordered and supposed to be heated during the summer and never was. Was told they were Queen sized beds but were fulls. And there were two gentleman that sat out in the hallway looking down the stairs and then also laying in the hallway making us feel very unsafe.

Our room was dirty:The walls were dirty, the carpet was dirty, and the shower wall was only cleaned on the top half. The lower half was dirty and had hair on the wall. When we asked for another room, they apologized for the dirty room but claimed to be booked and could not offer us another room. Since we booked through Expedia, which is impossible to communicate with, we could not get a refund.

Adequate but not great. Hot water didn’t work if anyone else had water running including another room. Key cards don’t work properly. Kinda blah decor and bedspread is like a thin piece of plastic.

The tub didn't plug so you could use the jet tub The shower didn't work the right way There was blood stains on the combottom line, not worth the money. Didn't have heat. The list goes on and on
